Two homes, one backyard. Bring multiple families: a newly renovated 3BR main house plus a private 2BR guest house with its own entrances, sleeping 13 with king beds in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Whether you’re here to relax, create family memories, or just explore our little slice of paradise on the Gulf Coast, our spacious retreat has space for the group to come to come together and space to relax apart. Walkable to coffee, bakery, ice cream, and Publix grocery.

Built for two families:

This is the rare setup where two families, or grandparents, parents, and kids, each get their own front door. Parents take the king suites, kids take the bunk room, and nobody shares a wall with the other household. Staying longer for IMG, a Manatee Memorial Hospital or HCA Florida Blake Hospital contract, or a season near the beach? The two-unit layout works just as well for weeks as for weekends.



Main House (3BR / 2.5BA):

The guest house is a true second dwelling: two king bedrooms, a full bathroom, two private entrances, and a welcoming seating area with a coffee bar and mini fridge. Perfect for the second family, grandparents who want their own space, or a private wing for a longer stay.

The large elevated swim spa (9 feet by 20 feet) heats to 95+ degrees and doubles as a pool for cooling off — and heating is always included, so it's ready in any season. For golf enthusiasts, the 3-hole mini golf course with LED balls offers entertainment day or night, and the life-sized lawn games keep every age busy. The outdoor dining area under the pergola, with the gas grill steps away, is ideal for al fresco dinners while the string lights come on.



Ideal Location - Beaches, IMG, and Downtown

Spend your days on the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island, about 10 minutes away, and we'll make sure you're beach-ready with large beach towels, 2 umbrellas, 6 beach chairs, a beach blanket, a cooler, pool noodles, inflatables, beach toys, and games. Load up the heavy-duty beach wagon and go.



IMG Academy is 10 minutes from your door, Downtown Bradenton dining and nightlife is 5 minutes away, Manatee Memorial Hospital is minutes away, and Publix is a short walk. Robinson Preserve and kayak trails are close by for a nature day.



The Neighborhood:

You're in a quiet West Bradenton neighborhood at the center of everything: about 10 minutes to Anna Maria Island beaches (without traffic), 10 minutes to IMG Academy, and 5 minutes to Downtown Bradenton's riverfront restaurants. Publix is a short walk away for easy grocery runs, and Manatee Memorial and Blake Medical Center are both minutes from the door. Robinson Preserve and the Riverwalk are close by for kayaking, trails, and a morning out.



Other Things to Note:

1. The house is situated in a lovely family-friendly residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the quiet hours (9p-9a) and keep the noise to a respectful level in the evening.

2. We wish we could accommodate your furry friends, but we have a no pet policy.

3. Guests use the pool at their own risk, as no lifeguard is present, and children must always be supervised.

4. No events or parties of any kind (e.g., no unregistered guests allowed).

5. No illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, or e-cigs are permitted anywhere on the property.
