PCB is conveniently located in the panhandle on the Gulf of Mexico via U.S. Route 98 known for white sands and relaxing beach vibes, and this condo is Perfect for Winter getaway. At the Emerald Isle Beach and Resort condominium, this unit has two bedrooms and two full bath with brand new flooring. Unit is only available during the months of January February and March. Two pools and warm bath tubs along with grilling area available to guests on the first floor.

We had a desire to have a beach home somewhere we can go relax and unwind. We purchased our unit in 2007 and have happily been coming to Panama City Beach ever since with our kids, cousins and grandchildren. We normally don't rent it out during the year but recently decided to let others enjoy our condo in the winter months.
Why they chose this property
We have known two other friends purchased condos in the same building and that's how we were interested to purchase one of our own so we did nearly twenty years ago.
What makes this property unique
