The property is just as advertised. Very clean throughout. GREAT communication with owner. (Responded very quickly). Took awhile for the upstairs AC to kick-in, but downstairs worked wonderfully.

For the most part the house was very clean. The floors were soft in the power room. I was scared someone would go through. Big wasp nest on the second floor balcony. Love the way the u stairs master bedroom was setup. Neither could figure out how to turn on the outside water. The outside shower has no hot water and there's a big leak in the pvc pipe. Water was going everywhere. Over all I give this place a 4 stars.

Everything was well maintained and very clean. We were out of the city far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful yet close enough to handy.

Amazing Home for our Group!

Layout of the house was perfect for our group! Plenty of space for our soccer boys and families. Hot tub was perfect for after our games. Host was amazing with recommendations on local things to do! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Great stay!

We came to Austin for a long weekend to see our Soldier, who is deploying for Kosovo. House was stocked great with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our party of 12. All beds were very comfy, even bunk beds!

Great Group Spot

Was a great place to stay for a large group. Hot tub was not working for our stay but we were mostly in the pool. We brought a big speaker and could play music all night, no house too close to worry about.

The location, interior space & bedrooms, and pool were great! Close to Austin access and amenities in Manor. Interior very clean. Pool needs a handrail. We did not use the hot tub. Accessibility for grandparents with limited mobility was very good. Upstairs A/C was out upon arrival but tech already working and was quickly fixed. BBQ gas grill did not work. Communication with owner/rep was good. Some maintenance matters need to be addressed. Two friendly dogs showed up each morning for a brief swim and left. Overall good quality stay!

Perfect!

This house is PERFECT! We will definitely be back. It’s beautiful and private and very spacious. The owner was very responsive when we communicated with him. I definitely recommend it.
