Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share your feedback! I’m glad you found the condo clean and appreciated the clear check-in and check-out information. Regarding towels — our listing specifies one towel set per guest and two beach towels provided. For your stay, we actually stocked five white bathroom towel sets under the bathroom sinks, three beach towels under the master vanity, and four additional flex towels in the master closet that can be used for showering or the beach — a total of 12 towels provided for your party of five. It sounds like a few of those may have been overlooked during your stay, and I wish you would have reached out so I could have pointed you to the extras. As for kitchen items — we focus on keeping the condo fully stocked with cookware, utensils, bakeware, and small appliances to make it easy for guests who enjoy cooking while on vacation. We typically provide salt and pepper, but the containers had absorbed moisture prior to your arrival and had to be discarded for freshness. Other items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, and spices aren’t included intentionally — because they’re perishable or frequently handled, providing them between guests poses potential hygiene and cross-contamination concerns. To maintain high cleanliness standards, we only stock sealed, non-perishable starter supplies, which are detailed in the listing.
