Downtown Historic Charleston is only 26 miles away and boasts numerous world-renowned restaurants and vibrant shopping opportunities. There are also over 30 miles of paved bike paths around Kiawah itself, many shaded and leading to beach access points.

Equally bright and beautiful, the interior of Parkside 4518 features lovely finishes like warm wood flooring, picturesque windows, and an abundance of coastal charm. Soaked in sunshine, the open living room has ample seating and a Smart TV. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen features plenty of meal prep space and a full suite of appliances - making all of your culinary creations come to life. A private washer/dryer is also available in this space.

The spacious bedrooms come adorned with soft linens, ceiling fans, and private TVs. A screened-in porch, central air-conditioning, and internet access round out the interior conveniences.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
