Luxury Lakefront in Interlochen

Our new, modern lakefront 3 level home is a 5 minute drive down the road to the Interlochen Center of Arts and a 5 minute walk to Interlochen State Park! We also have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home (booked separately) across the street with a full kitchen, living and dining room that sits on acres of forest with trails should your group require more space.

The Space:
Inside the home:
Whole home water filtration system so no smelly, foul tasting water!
The main level includes the kitchen, living area, dining area and bathroom. The living area has a stunning gas fireplace and a tv. There is a large deck with magnificent views of the lake with an inline gas grill for barbecues.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, which has beautiful views and takes up the entire third floor of the home. It has a full bathroom, sitting area and tv.
Downstairs, on the lake level, there are two bedrooms (one with a half bath and lake views) and a full bathroom and laundry area. There is also an office space for those that need to get some work done.
Outside the home:
The backyard has 2 inline gas fireplaces for gathering around in the evenings. There is a seasonal private dock for those that want to bring their boat/water toys.
We have paddleboards, a canoe, paddles and adult life jackets for your use. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after lake activities.

Guest Access:
Guests may access the entire home and all outdoor areas.

The Neighborhood:
Small, quaint neighborhood in heavily forested land bordering Duck Lake. Lots of walking trails including connections to Interlochen State Park and Interlochen Academy. Interlochen State Park has a beach with designated swimming area, concession store, kayak/boat launches and a picnic shelter.

Other Things to Note: The home is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are stairs required to reach all of the bedrooms and outdoor areas.
