S'mores, Cookouts & Soaks Surrounded by Trees
Outdoors, light the firepit for s'mores and story swaps beneath mood-setting Edison bulbs after grilling up a hearty meal to enjoy at the large picnic table, set with wooded vistas and nature's beauty all around. Further relax by slipping into the bubbling hot tub on the back deck or swaying in the rockers on the front porch. There's even a mini playset for small children in case the little ones need to get out their wiggles.
Sweet Dreams, Homey Comforts & Space to Spread Out
After full days of exploring Gatlinburg or the national park, retreat to one of the 4 bedrooms, each with its own TV or settle into one of the sleeper sofas for a cozy movie night. With 4 bathrooms and accommodations for up to 18 guests, everyone in your group has the space they need to recharge. Add in thoughtful extras — Wi-Fi, keyless entry, a washer and dryer, and pet-friendly perks — and you've got a cabin that feels both practical and indulgent.
Important Notes • For travel notes, the driveway at your Gatlinburg vacation rental is slightly steep, curvy, and paved. Parking is plentiful, with space for up to 6 vehicles. To make unpacking and repacking the cars easier, there are only 2 steps up to reach the front porch from the side parking area, or you can walk right through the side entrance (zero steps) into the game room.

We’re thrilled your large group had such an amazing stay and enjoyed the cabin’s space. Thank you for sharing your experience!
We hope to have you back soon, thank you!
The cabin was very cozy and clean. It had everything that we needed. The hot tub was way to warm. The ones that got in it couldn't stay long. We didn’t know if there was a way to turn it down so didn't try. I hope we can get this same cabin in the future.

We’re so happy to hear the cabin felt cozy, clean, and well stocked for your stay. We sincerely apologize about the hot tub temperature and understand how that could be uncomfortable; it can be adjusted and we wish we had known to help. Your feedback truly matters to us. It means so much that you’d like to return to the same cabin. We hope to have you back soon thank you.
Had an amazing time with my family. Plenty of space to enjoy the weekend with lots of games for the grandkids to play.

Thank you so much for sharing such a sweet review. It’s wonderful to hear your family had plenty of space to relax and that the grandkids enjoyed the games. We truly love knowing the cabin could be a fun spot for everyone to spend the weekend together. Your kind words mean a lot to us.
The cabin was spacious and provided what we needed for our stay. However, there were a few things that need improvement. The shower head in upstairs bath was mounted incorrectly and made showering difficult. No outlets that didn’t work in the game room bathroom. The coffee bar shelf had a sign that said not to lean on it due to stability issues. I would suggest making this more sturdy as it could be a safety issue for small children.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for pointing out areas where we can improve, like the shower head, outlets, and coffee bar stability. We’re glad overall you enjoyed the space and your stay.
We hope to have you back soon, thank you!
The cabin had a great layout for our group-- 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with bathroom in it, 2 bedrooms upstairs, both with 2 beds. One bathroom upstairs, 2 bathrooms downstairs (not counting the ensuite) and they were both full baths. With a group of 15, 4 bathrooms were fantastic! The jewel of the cabin for us

Clean
The house and outside could use a good deep clean it’s like the people who clean just pick up and put it back together but overall it was a nice place and easy to get to places

We got snowed in, which wasn't their fault, but they wanted to charge me for another night. Finally after some back and forth, they were able to comp us an extra day as we were unable to get out. There were no tools to deal with clearing snow that were available to us, and there was no maintenance team to help clear the driveway so we could leave. It seems odd to me that a property in an are known to snow would not have basic tools like a snow shovel or ice melt available to the guests in case of emergency. Customer service must have been unaware of the situation, as they were suggesting useless ideas such as ordering grocery delivery (the roads were under 10 inches of snow) and staying off the roads. There was no maintenance team that could clear the driveway and side road, which wasn't being plowed by the county as it was technically a private road.Snow and customer service issues aside, one of the bathrooms had a very bad sulfur smell which would spread throughout the cabin if the door was left open. There were no coffee pods, grounds, or beans to make coffee with, though there were 3 coffee machines for some reason. The wi-fi was terrible even after a reset and wasn't password protected. The wi-fi was so weak only the TV in the main living room actually was usable, and the TV in the game room constantly got stuck in an update loop because it kept losing connection and was unusable.

We’re truly sorry this was your experience, especially being snowed in and feeling unsupported during that situation. While winter weather is out of our control, we understand how stressful and even scary it can feel when you’re unable to leave and don’t have the tools you need. We regret that snow removal resources weren’t available to you and that there wasn’t clearer communication about the private road and county plowing limitations. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to receive suggestions that didn’t feel realistic given the conditions at the time.
We’re glad we were able to comp the additional night, but we’re sorry it took back and forth to get there. The concerns about the sulfur smell in the bathroom are absolutely not acceptable, and that should have been addressed before your stay. We also apologize for the lack of coffee supplies and the confusion of having multiple machines without what you needed to actually use them. The Wi-Fi performance and connectivity issues with the TVs sound incredibly frustrating, especially in a situation where you were stuck indoors.
This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we truly regret that this was your experience with us. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback so we can improve.
thank you
The space was great & fit our group of 13 perfectly. The floor was dirty in the kitchen/dining room & living room area. It looked like it had not been swept or mopped. We had to sweep that as we had 2 under the age of 1 crawling around & their knees & hands were filthy. The porch was also dirty & had to be slept & the chairs washed before we could use them. The mattresses on the downstairs beds were completely worn out. The upstairs was way too hot. It didn’t seem like there was any A/C up there & no screens on the windows so they couldn't be opened. Otherwise, this is a beautiful house & we loved the seclusion. The kitchen was well stocked. The gameroom was great for the kids. The hot tub was nice & we had many cookouts & campfires.

Had issues
The bedding was not clean - we had to wash everything after a 10 hour drive there. There was a broken toilet. The hot tub was ony usable 1 day. It tripped the breaker and after reset it started smoking. The internet service is terrible. It didnt work for the tv so we had no tv the whole stay. I had teenagers without wifi. However, it fit the amount of ppl we had. We enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg. This place wasnt worth the price we paid for 3 nights though.
