There was a scheduling mishap and our host jumped into action coordinating cleaners to do a turnover. Hats off to the clean team for their work while our group headed downtown for dinner. Overall good stay. I appreciate how responsive our host was and his cleaning team.
We had a great stay. House was comfortable and exactly what’s expected.

Great house. Bad location. Dogs kept us up till 530 am 1st night, then less the next night, about 1130 and that was pretty constant. They started barking at 730 am everyday. No escaping it. Your looking at the dogs in thier kennels 5 feet away. From every room. Owner gave full disclosure, but if you want any peace and quiet. Skip this place.

I’m sorry it was such a difficult experience for this group! I was just there with another group to fix the hot water heater and they said they loved the place and the dogs were not a problem at all and that’s what most people say! But I really liked this group, they were really cool! And yes, it is true, the dog kennel is 10 or 15 feet from the side of the house, as this house was built by dog professionals and that’s why we allow people to bring dogs to our place. Additionally, we provide many resources to mitigate the sound, and we have a construction project going on to add an additional payne of glass to each of the windows on the side where the dogs are. I lived in the place for six months and less than 1% of the time did I have a problem with the dogs, but it is a possibility. The good news is the majority of the people that come here say they love the place and that it’s not that bad with the dogs.
Brandon was fabulous. I had an issue with the stove (ended up being my fault!) but he came right out and figured it out. He was super great at communicating, and the house was amazing. Kids had a great time playing pool and they loved their own space downstairs. The surrounding are is a little weird, but we felt safe, and was only 6 minutes from Salt Palace where by kid was playing. Tons of space and well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay again if even back in SLC
We had a great time at this house. It was exactly what we needed. Lots of room, fun amenities inside, and close to the airport. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
Brandon had great communication and made sure that we were fully stocked with supplies. The house is great with tons of fun activities for all ages. There was full disclosure on the dog kennel next door, and he provided solutions to help minimize the outside sound. Lots of great gathering areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!!
Great house. Perfect for a big family. Lots of activities and toy room for little kids. We had a blast there. Easy to get to. Just drive down the alley to park in the garage no parking up front. But you can have door dash deliver to the front gate! Plenty of kitchen pots and pans, cutlery, plates and cups. Coffee maker. I can speak for the master bedroom. The bed was very comfortable.
Very fun property, well maintained. Would highly recommend it for a group of friends or a family. Small downsides were location and outside noise. We had a great time staying there.
I loved how centrally located we were. It was easy to get to the moto track we needed to go to as well as downtown for restaurants and such! The house was great and suited our needs

Sadly some of the rooms weren’t as clean as you’d expect and because of the quarry across the street it’s super dusty outside and porches should be rinsed off as to not drag in the dust. Also we were disappointed that nothing was mentioned about the traffic/busy road that you hear all night long. Brandon’s phone number should be provided with the check in information. Yes, it’s included in house rules, but having it in an email would be more convenient. Maybe a little more transparency upfront. The toilets, the traffic, and the dog kennel. Also to say that it sleeps 14 is only accurate IF 8 of the 14 are children, due to the number of actual beds vs bunkers and pullouts.

We were surprised by this 3 star review with no communication or chance given to fix their complaints, so we assumed their stay was 5 star like 98% of our other guests report. Clearly this group did not read the instructions and they were a last minute booking, probably in a hurry to find a place without taking adequate time to read items we do say up front. He said that we don't provide a phone number or send an email: VRBO does not allow that. Our house is completely cleaned by a 5 star cleaning company--and it was pristine the day before they checked in! We mention in our instructions that this house is beautiful and fun inside and it is in an in"DUST"rial park, haha. It is next to a beautiful rock quarry and Beck street is the street in front of the Utah Jazz, it's not as dramatic as he's reporting. We are NOT boasting the outdoors of this house!! I lived in the house and the car sounds NEVER bothered me once! Yes, we also report up front it's next to a dog kennel, and that's why the price is lower than other 3800 square foot VRBO homes to rent in the area! We provide fans, ear plugs, and beautiful sounding noise machines for if the dogs can be heard, which is not all the time. I'm not sure why he's complaining about the number of beds, no one has EVER complained about that, which, is telling about his complaint, but we actually sleep 15 not 14, and there are 10 beds! 2 queen pull outs, 2 queens, 1 king, 5 twin beds, sleeping 15! Great for building memories!
This is the second time we have stayed at this home. The inside is warm and spacious and we love the floor plan. The host has always goes above and beyond to be accommodating and communicates well. The downstairs is a wonderful game area for the kids, and the teenagers love the pool table. The location seems off putting at first, but we don't mind the seclusion. I can tell that some renters have complained about the dogs barking at near by houses (the owner provides ear plugs and other measures to combat the issue) but it isn't a problem for us. We honestly only really noticed the barking when we were outside. The home is a fair rental price, and we will be back next year for another annual trip.
Pretty amazing place. In a weird industrial part of town but when we got there we were pretty stoked. We were there to hang out with family so it was absolutely perfect. Large clean private comfy. Well stocked. Every room had a theme. Was perfect for a bbq and visiting. We loved the layout and it was extra fun for my daughter with the cool games.
The house is a little out of the way, but it was actually really easy to get to and to get anywhere we wanted to go. We really liked the layout. The beds are not on the main floor so the kids could sleep and the adults could keep talking.

Loved having this group join us! They were easy to work with! Very reasonable! And very respectful of our property! Would love to host them again!
This house was perfect for our family to share! There is something for everyone. It is fairly close to downtown. Just make sure you read the full description on how to get there. We passed by the first time and then read we had to go down the alley! After that, it was an easy find. If I’m back in the area, I would definitely book again
loved all the games and toys for the kids. Dogs were a bit loud at night.

Yes, houses the size can charge double the price that we charge. We charge lower because we are in an industrial park and there is a dog kennel next-door. We make that very clear in the description. I lived in the house six months there were less than two weeks that the dogs were a problem out of six months. So it is possible that it’s not the norm because we usually get five stars!
Funky location but great house! Everything was great at the property

Awe, shoot, gave us a 4 star review based on it being in an industrial park which we make clear in the listing, Jim, we loved having you! The house in an Oasis in that Industrial Park! It's only 1.5 Miles from Downtown Salt Lake City! "I'm just a simple man trying to make my way in the Universe..." Who said that quote? LOL.
The property was well equipped, easy to access the city. Easier than we had thought to find. We had fun staying there. Only drawback was that the BBQ was filthy inside, not been cleaned and the outside was very dusty. The other drawback was that we could not use the outside furniture because of the dust and dirt. Inside the house was much cleaner.

We loved hosting this group they were very kind and very easy to work with! This is an amazing house on the INSIDE! 🤗 We are NOT advertising the outside as a place for you to come for respite! So don’t get your hopes up about the outside of this house, because this house is directly across the street from a rock quarry that manufactures rocks for the entire city of Salt Lake City. It is impossible to keep the outside free of dust. We do not boast about the outside of this property, the only focus is on the inside of the property, an oasis. So come prepared for an amazing experience on the inside of this fun game house! We also do not clean the barbecue, because that is the responsibility of each tenant that comes there to clean after using the barbecuer. If it is dirty, it is because past tenants did not clean it. We are considering removing the barbecuer, because we would have to raise the cleaning fee to have it cleaned each time by professionals, when the cleaning fee is already high for a large house, and I cannot be there personally to clean it after each group leaves, and even though we say in the instructions for people to clean it, they don’t do it. So we are only providing a barbecuer out of courtesy, but if it’s not taken care of, it’s because tenants didn’t follow the instructions. We hope you understand!
