Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home! Completely remodeled in 2022, this 1940's bungalow boasts modern comforts with a unique and colorful style. Centrally located in Houston, just a few minutes from the University of Houston, the East End, the Medical Center, downtown, and many other destinations! This home features 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and en-suite baths. Family-friendly with a fully stocked kitchen & laundry. Free on-site parking. The property shares the backyard space and driveway with the studio garage apartment. Longer-term stays accepted.

We provide a starter set of consumable items for our guests; we do not restock these items during a guest’s stay.
Your starter set includes:
- Trash bags
- Dishwasher pods
- Dish soap
- K-cups
- Olive oil & balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Laundry pods

Each bathroom is stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our neighborhood has a noise ordinance from 10pm to 6am.

Please take extra care with our towels and linens. Black makeup towels are provided in each bathroom to prevent staining of our white linens.
We charge for damages as follows:
- Duvet cover or insert $50
- Bed sheet or pillow case $15 each
- Bath towels $25
- Hand or face towels $10

Additional House Rules:
- No smoking inside the house
- No illegal drugs on the premises
- No parties or loud, rowdy groups
- Some events/parties considered with prior Host approval
- No more than 6 overnight guests
- No more than 2 additional daytime guests without Host approval
- Ring doorbell and outside cameras on premises

This home belonged to one of Sarah's best friends' grandmothers. In 2022, Sarah purchased the home and completely rebuilt it from the ground up.
The neighborhood is gentrifying, and you will find a combination of new construction, remodeled homes, and original homes in an array of conditions. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet, and we ask that our guests are as well.
We love the proximity to downtown, the Med Center, Museum District, and Hobby airport!
