Entering through the front door, you are welcomed into the home by a spacious open-concept floor plan. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating around the flat-screen TV. Large picturesque windows allow in the Destin sunshine. The dining area includes a large dining table with seating for up to 10 guests, with additional seating at the adjacent breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen with top-tier appliances and ample counter space makes family dinners after a beautiful day at the beach a breeze.

Two guest bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. Guest Bedroom 1 is equipped with a queen bed, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. Guest Bedroom 2 has a twin-over-full bunk bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the backyard space. There is a shared bathroom with a shower-tub combo located just off the kitchen.

The second floor hosts the large Master Bedroom Suite with a king-sized bed, spacious closet, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo, and private access to the balcony. Second Floor Guest Bedroom 1 has a spacious king-sized bed, large closet, private entrance to the hall bathroom with a shower-tub combo, and private balcony entrance. Second Floor Guest Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, spacious closet, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Second Floor Guest Bedroom 3 accommodates guests with a twin-over-full bunk bed set and flat-screen TV. Two twin Rollaway beds are available on the second floor to accommodate larger parties.

For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48 hours notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat charge is $75 per day of your reservation.
