AIR CONDITIONING: *No Central AC* The lakefront living room and upstairs 4th bedroom is controlled by a Mini Split Electric Cooling System with separate remote thermostats. In the summer there are portable air conditioners in the 2nd living room and also in the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans in each downstairs bedroom and extra portable fans for comfort.

MAIN FEATURES: 2-living room spaces, 3-Smart TV's (bring your own streaming login's), office desk & chair, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, board games + outdoor games, outdoor gas grill+free propane, patio furniture & 2 free kayaks (available in summer & must sign waiver for use).
FULL KITCHEN: Dishware/flatware, cooking and baking basics, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, french press, blender, toaster. Two tables with chairs for 8.
PARKING: 4-5 parking spaces total depending on size of vehicle/boat/trailer. No on-street parking allowed. Boat dock parking for up to 37ft. Boats in water must park in canal.
WILDLIFE & BUGS: Wildlife can be expected when surrounded by water and the preserved wetlands. Bordering the St. John Wildlife Refuge may bring birds, ducks, swans, beavers, all types of fish, and more. Fish flies (may flies) may be present for a couple weeks during the summer months.
FAQ: Free WiFi. Free propane for grill. Bring your streaming service log-ins for smart TVs. Linens/towels/blankets provided. No fireworks. Bring your own boat lines/bumpers/life jackets/beach towels/floaties. No access to inside of garage. No sidewalks on this road. Garage and canal boat docking are located directly across the road.
ACCESSIBILITY: This property requires 3 steps to access interior of home, 2 steps to get to second living space, and a staircase to access 4th bedroom.

*Excessively dirty homes may be charged an additional fee.
*Swim at your own risk. No Diving - shallow water

These cameras record video and audio. There are NO cameras facing interior spaces or recording interior video/audio.
