The townhouse was adequate for our needs, but we felt that it was overpriced for the area and the fact that it could use a few updates. The hardwood floors are very creaky and you can hear the neighbors that the home shares walls with. The bathroom counters and the shower downstairs could really use an update. We did appreciate the use of a garage and the kitchen had everything we needed.
