The hosts, Laurie & Roland were outstanding,doing whatever we asked to make our stay more pleasant. The house is a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath in a quiet residential neighborhood conveniently located to shopping some excellent restaurants and of course the manatees! The spacious backyard has a fire pit,ample seating,upscale grill and a nice hot tub. Roland keeps his pontoon boat back there and even took us for a nice ride out to the Gulf. Overall, our stay at the House of Manatees was very pleasant!!

Relax and enjoyed stay

We had an amazing stay, the beds were extremely comfortable, was 10 min to the place we went to see the manatee’s, everything is with-in 5 to 10 mins. The hot tub was nice and refreshing and the backyard was nice also with the Spanish oak trees with moss. The neighborhood was quiet, and a nice walk in mornings with your coffee. Thanks Laurie Todd for an amazing week.

Just what we needed!

This property was everything we needed. The house was clean and tidy without being sparse or empty. The manatee theme was lovely and wasn't overdone or cheesy. I felt cozy and at home all the time. We appreciated the privacy in the back yard and the hot tub was incredible for the cooler nights. The kitchen was well-equipped, and us coffee snobs much appreciated the inclusion of a French press in addition to the Keurig ;) All in all, this place was a wonderful home base for our manatee excursion.

My husband and I love to travel in our motorhome. We also like to travel by cruising, Airbnb and visiting family.

We purchased our home here in Crystal River Florida to have a home base near family. When we aren’t renting we spend time with family and friends.

When we are renting we are in our Motorhome, which is located on our property in a location that will not cause a problem with privacy.

We have been Super hosts on Airbnb for a year and have enjoyed every minute.

The neighborhood that we chose is close to all the activities in Crystal River and close to shopping, restaurants and the Manatees.

What makes this property unique

The property is on a corner lot with a large fenced in yard.

Guests also enjoy the hot tub after swimming with the manatees.
