DON'T WORRY - BE HAPPY on SPI with wonderful water views and the perfect location to watch family and friends enjoy the pool or play tennis. Very welcoming condo has a soothing nautically theme and plenty of room for relaxing, eating and enjoying before or after a day of activities on the island. Upstairs you can sleep in or pull back the drapes and rise with the sun in either of the 2 very comfortable bedroom suites. Both offer nicely updated baths and balcony access complete with sunset views over the causeway bridge. Features a B floor plan: Living room downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a twin bunk and an additional twin bed. Tile flooring downstairs, carpet upstairs in the bedrooms. There is a 50 flat screen TV and a DVD player in the living room and a 42 flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Dining: Table with 6 chairs. 3 barstools. Stack washer and dryer. Patio: Wicker bench with 2 chairs.

Great Getaway

Took my son, niece and nephew for a quick weekend getaway. We absolutely loved this property! So convenient. So clean? and so charming! minutes' walk to the beach. so many unexpected amenities. will come back again for sure.
