I loved Vivien's place! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and I always felt safe. It was very clean with everything you could need to make it feel like home away from home including a washer and dryer, towels and washcloths, and a full kitchen to make your own meals. The path to the unit is well lit at night time. Vivien's place will be my first choice on future trips to the area. Thank you, Vivien!
Wonderful private suite with all the amenities of home included. Located in a very quiet neighborhood this lovely little gem was the perfect place to unwind and relax while we visited family near by. So much nicer than staying in a noisy crowded hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
Vivien's home is in a super cozy neighborhood with parks and trail heads within a few minutes. Our 2 year old was a big fan of our morning walks during our stay. Her home is not only very clean and decorated beautifully but it has all the comforts of home. Thank you Vivien, we cannot wait to plan our next visit! P.s. the oak tree on property is unforgettable.
This was the best VRBO that we have stayed in. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything one would need. Nice patio where you could sit and visit in the cool evening. Very, very comfortable. We would highly recommend it.

Perfect base for visiting our daughter and commutable for both LA and SD for days out. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for all your needs. Perfect host!
Adorable. Cozy. Clean. Quiet. Safe. Gorgeously decorated. Brand new everything. Feng Shui. Bed is wonderful. Sheets, blankets and towels smell good. In a charming neighborhood away from all noise. Spacious driveway parking. Beautiful huge tree nestling the outdoor patio. I would stay here again 110%! Vivian super sweet and accommodating! I did not want to leave. LOVE this rental!!!
High quality place to stay in an upper middle class neighborhood. Vivien (owner) was absolutely charming and friendly. The unit is very new and everything radiates quality. It is utterly quiet with a small unit clothes washer/dryer, small refrigerator, gas stove, TV with included NetFlicks and Amazon, forced air AC. . There is a nice couch and kitchen table. Bathroom and shower are high class. Signature photographs on walls. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The unit is built on to the back part of a home. There is a separate entrance along the side. Parking is on the driveway.
We definitely want to stay here again. The apartment was just the right size for the two of us. It was set up beautifully. The owner added so many nice, thoughtful touches, even fresh lemons from the tree out front and several bottles of water in the fridge The kitchen was small, but just right. The bed was super comfortable. It was all fresh and super clean. We felt relaxed right away. The little, private patio outside, under the giant oak tree was wonderful and so quiet. We sat out there every day. The host is super nice and friendly, but not intrusive at all. It was great getting to meet her. The location is great - quiet neighborhood, nice people, good walking loop, shopping and restaurants nearby, easy to get on the highway and go anywhere. We were so sad that we had only booked 10 days! We are already making plans for when we can come back and stay here again.
