The tower is ICONIC!!! Super friendly and helpful staff. We lost my child’s phone so security and the manager went above and beyond to help us find it.

Had rooms at the Stratosphere hotel that were nice, clean/decent. I asked for a 4 am wake up call and I never received it. Fortunately, my roommate was up in the bathroom or I would have over slept.

Property itself was decent. The room air only worked at night in all 3 rooms I reserved. Check-in was smooth after the confusion was sorted out. My disappointments came from the host and the transparency of the room as well as what to prepare for when checking in. The uncertainty of pricing and what to expect upon checking into the hotel. It wasn’t until the unfortunate event of a flight delay and reaching out to the property separately that I became aware of an additional 1500 due upon check-in on top of the 1100 paid to Roompicks. Room picks never disclosed that and had I known I would have made other arrangements. When reaching out the Roompicks I spoke with someone over the phone who said she would have me be emailed back. The first message the chat introduced themselves as an “AI assistant”, and stated at any time I could request an actual person. The responses to my very specific question received one generic response I’d specifically ask for clarification or a deeper explanation and got the same response to the point I had to ask if I had actually been connected to an actual person. My main goal was attempting to find the best deal for our group which we all collectively agreed this was an ok accommodation property wise but we would have went with alternate arrangements.
