Enter on the second story of the building. The first floor features an open floor plan with the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary bedroom, and bathroom. The living room offers a TV, Wifi, a pellet stove and access to the deck. The dining area with seating for 4 plus additional seating at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the main bathroom across the hall includes a shower/tub combo with a separate vanity area.

Upstairs, the loft includes two semi-private sleeping areas, each with a queen bed. The loft is open to the living room below with a half wall.

Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
