Florence Cottage - Great location in the heart of Cooperstown village! Florence cottage is just one block from the National Baseball Hall of Fame and the shops and restaurants on Main Street. This apartment is part of a historic building, originally built by a ship's captain. It was the home of the village doctor for many decades in the 1900's.
This is a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor with the sitting area in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a TV. There is an efficient galley kitchen. Each bedroom has access to the bathroom which has a tub and a shower.
The back of this property borders Otsego Lake - the host has canoes and kayaks available for guests.
Note: Owner's pet cat lives in the building.
