This spacious one bedroom is crisp and clean, cute as a button and ready for your comfort and privacy. Village location. Your own parking space, only steps from your door.
Fully outfitted kitchen. Enjoy a fully functional and well supplied kitchen.
Microwave, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, new stove/oven and new full-sized fridge.
Basic cooking oils and seasonings are supplied.
Apt. stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels and TP.
Spacious and bright.
Enjoy your own private, keyed entrance and a parking space only footsteps from your door.
Property is located within the village, a few doors down from First Methodist of Cooperstown. Nearest ATM is across the street at Bank of Cooperstown ( next to NYP Pizza). CVS and Stewarts and Taylors ( gas stations) are all right there.
Walk to all of Cooperstown's restaurants and Main Street attractions. The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Doubleday Field are within a 5 min. walk.
Cable TV. Roku TV.
Child-friendly. Child safety locks and outlet covers throughout. Floor mattresses and extra linens available. (Add'l guest per night fee will be added for use of extra linens. )
Close to Bassett Memorial Hospital, CVS and Price Chopper grocery store. Also nearby are Cooperstown Natural Foods and the fabulous Cooperstown Farmer's Market ( Tues. and Sat.) Easy living!
The best pizza place in town (NYP) is practically across the street!
Queen -sized mattress in Master BR. Full sized pull out couch. Additional foam twin mattress available. Spare sheets, pillows and blankets stored in Master BR closet.
Ideal for family of 3 or 4. Additional mattress may be arranged.
Crib, "pack 'n' play" , high chair and umbrella stroller all available ( upon request).
The property is not wheelchair accessible, however, we have assisted with individuals that are able to walk a short distance.

The house is so cute and cozy! Its fully stocked and had everything we could need and more. Its just a short walk/drive to downtown Cooperstown and all the baseball shops.

This was the best stay. It is a charming, clean and comfortable lil apartment with everything I needed. I was so happy to be able to walk to the restaurants, shops and HOF. The host is communicative and also generous. They are even mailing a lil something I left behind.

Great Location, Attentive Host

We enjoyed our stay at this location during a baseball tournament weekend. It was very convenient to walking downtown and even down to the water for boat tours. Montell was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and we would recommend this apartment to other guests looking for a place near the heart of Cooperstown.

The amenities were unexpected, there were lots of coffee pods, tea bags, spices, all those little things to making cooking seamless.
