Gene and his wife are wonderful hosts. The apt is cozy, super central and convenient for walking downtown - less than a 5 minute walk. And is fully appointed with everything you might need, including A/C. We had a struggle trying to find taxis to go to Glimmerglass and he generously offered to drive us. Highly recommend staying here.
The apartment was in a perfect location to walk downtown and only 7 min to Cooperstown dreams park! Great spot, clean, quiet and host was easy to communicate with.

Everything was clean and convenient. Lovely place.
The house is so cute and cozy! Its fully stocked and had everything we could need and more. Its just a short walk/drive to downtown Cooperstown and all the baseball shops.
The location was very good and allowed us to walk to the Hall of Fame and other shops & restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable furniture and super comfy bed. The host was very responsive when we reached out with a question and minor request.
Has everything you need, property is clean and fresh feeling. Owners are nice and easy to communicate with should you need anything or have questions. Would stay again.
Right on a main route and about three houses from an intersection with another route and yet it was remarkably quiet. On two days, there were deer grazing across the street on peoples' lawns. Within four blocks there were two gas stations, a grocery, and a pharmacy. There was a fine pizza place at the intersection. The house was a renovation from 1858 but, except for floors that had a slight tendency to incline here and there, it was in beautiful condition. The living room was very comfortable for reading or talking. In addition to floor and table lamps, the overhead lights were on rheostats that made the living room and kitchen very comfortable to be in. The bed was easy to sleep in for a nap or all night. The only drawback we encountered was that the shower floor was so slick as to be dangerous. We went to CVS and got a suction-cup mat to keep us from falling.
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was super clean and had everthing we needed. We highly recommend!

Wonderful base for our small family of 3 to explore Cooperstown. Walkable to everywhere! The apartment was well maintained and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We would stay there again!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful, comfortable and exceptionally clean apartment. Excellent communication with the host-- who is thoughtful and offered lovely touches for a warm welcome. Location is convenient for exploring Cooperstown. Highly recommend!!
We enjoyed our stay at this location during a baseball tournament weekend. It was very convenient to walking downtown and even down to the water for boat tours. Montell was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and we would recommend this apartment to other guests looking for a place near the heart of Cooperstown.
This property was great! Location was perfect, super clean and updated. Easy in and out and off street parking. We loved it and hope to return soon. Thank you.
