COUNTRY CHARMER two story home with 3 bedrooms (queen, double, twin, six person maximum), 2 full bathrooms, laundry, all linens, fully furnished kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, wireless internet, central air, furnished back deck overlooking fields and hills with incredible sunsets, and partially shaded. Picnic table and patio set on the deck and grill on the lawn for that perfect eat outdoors weather. Enjoy the closeness of Dreams Park, Hall of Fame, museums, shops, parks and the gorgeous Lake Otsego. Take the Glimmerglass Tour Boat ride with a history commentary in enclosed glass seating or on top for fresh air and sunshine. Groceries, restaurants, breweries and wine trails all between 1-30 miles away. Come back to all the comforts of home and relax. Check out the pics and descriptions. Information center in the home provides brochures and restaurant menus, with a House Guide for Cank's Home Plate I. Our motto is Close, Comfortable and Clean. John has been renting to Dream's Park families since it was established. Now also renting during a longer season for all that want to come enjoy Cooperstown and the surrounding area. So much history in this part of NY! And the heart and soul of Dream's Park and what it means to the players and families has always been near and dear to his heart. We have made many friends over the years, some we continue to visit with and stay in touch.
Why they chose this property
This is a home away from home. So important to have those comforts and space to spread out during a vacation. The luxury of an entire house for basically a cheaper price than a hotel room. Add other couples and split the cost and make this trip more economical. Very important to Dream's Park families is the closeness and ease of getting to the Park for those long days and late nights when you are staying just down the road. And so convenient to those guests that are planning to see as much as possible in the Cooperstown area.
