Unit 1022 offers a FREE BEACH SET-UP. This newly remodeled unit is beautifully appointed with new furnishing and is very upscale. Flat Screen TV's and Blue Ray DVD Players giving you a variety of TV and Movies in the Living Room. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and bay window facing the beach. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen TV with a DVD player, and has a bay window so guests can see the beach and water from their room as well.

There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom with beautiful double vanity sinks. All windows face out towards the beach, Gulf of Mexico, and the unit has an open balcony to enjoy these views and of course, the wonderful Destin weather. Kitchen is all electric with all the comforts of home. A laundry center is provided inside the unit for guests convenience.

The spectacular Gulf views and resort amenities will make your stay more than wonderful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice and comfortable. The beds were great. The AC had a hard time with the heat of staying semi cool. We actually put a beach towel at the kitchen closet door because that room was like a sauna. Wondered if it was from the return hot air vents outside our condo. Overall we loved it but would probably pick a different room next year due to the AC. Thanks.

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

We stayed in this unit for a week for a baseball trip. We were so close to everything. The property was under renovation at the time, but that didn't spoil our stay. Our unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The master bath was stunning!
