We understand that the lack of cell phone access and intermittent internet outage may have caused some inconvenience, especially with young children. Unfortunately is was an area-wide outage. Emergencies using 911 can be made with a cell phone even if there's no Wi-Fi connection or cellular service from your provider. Emergency calls utilize any available cellular network, including networks of other providers, to connect the call. Federal regulations mandate that all carriers must relay emergency calls regardless of whether the caller is a subscriber. We strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
