We had a great vacation, and a lot of that was because of the great condo. It was big enough for 6 adults, had a wonderful view, the grounds were spectacular but the best part was the host Brian. We visited during Hurricane Lala, and lost power for over 24 hours. Brian kept constant communication with us before, during and after the storm to make sure we were ok. It was not necessary, but very much appreciated. Along with that, pools were wonderful, there was plenty of chairs and snorkel gear etc. to enjoy Maui before and after the storm. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This property in Papakea Resorts was wonderful! Very clean. There was plenty of room and beds for a family of 5. Beautiful ocean views from the main bedroom and lania. The place has boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and everything you need for a day at the beach. Easy beach access from the property. There is the resort pool nearby. Beautiful nightly sunsets. Brian the property owner/ manager answered all my questions and emails promptly. We would come back again.

We had a fantastic 12 days on Maui celebrating our daughter’s graduation. The condo and the amenities were a huge part of that great experience. The place was as advertised and very clean. The views were incredible with a beautiful view of the sunset each evening. Brian was very proactive with communication. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, but if we had I’m sure he would have reacted quickly given how great he communicated before we checked in. We would be honored to stay here again!

Great ladies and quite handy! Our building had just undergone a complete replacement of all water lines. Nobody had been staying in the home for over two months. The contractor made two mistakes found by the guests, and were there to fix each the moment it was reported. We are very appreciative of the willingness of our guest to allow the issues to be identified and repaired immediately.

Our group of six loved the resort location and the layout of the apartment. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Sadly, during our visit, the Islands had a massive wind/rain storm which messed up our plans with road closures, rock slides, etc. It was a nightmare getting home. But we can only blame Mother Nature for that! We still love Maui and will be back.

This is the biggest storm that has hit in the last half a century. And it wasn’t just one storm, there were several storms that you had to suffer through. So sorry that happened.

Excellent and Perfect in Paradise

Our stay was perfect. The property had everything we needed with a great location. Our host was so gracious and answered any questions and communicated wonderfully. They even let us do a very late checkout since our flight was delayed and so late.

Great location/poperty

Great location. I would say the only things that could have made it better would be better lighting/switches, an ice maker and a coffee pot. Other than that, it was a great place to vacation.

We should have a coffee pot? News to us! Ice makers leak, all damage is the responsibility of the owner for damage, so yeah no ice maker, but plenty of ice cube trays. Do not know what you are stating about lighting/switches, this us what the builder of our complex put into the home. So all Papakea will have the same.

What a great property located near everything and anything you need: grocery store, food trucks, coffee, a bakery, and a bunch of really good restaurants. The property was clean, organized, and stocked well with everything from towels for the bathrooms to kitchen and grill accessories. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had too. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!
