-Keep all parts of the property clean and sanitary
-No garbage allowed in hallways or balconies, remove it to the dumpster
-No immoral, improper, or offensive shall be made on the condominium property
-City Noise ordinance must be observed from 10 pm until 8 am
-No games using hard balls or objects such as baseball, softball, or football are allowed on the property. Go to the beach to play these games.
-Observe all pool area signage
-No additional guests are allowed without express permission from Kay to be onsite, or in the pool area. Additional guests without permission will result in removal from the property with no refund.
