Arcadian Tower II B11 boast a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. This exquisite vacation rental features a comfortable living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an oceanfront balcony providing breathtaking views of the pristine Atlantic Ocean.

Within the resort complex, you'll find an oceanfront swimming pool, tennis courts, and unparalleled ocean vistas, all with convenient beach access. Please note that Arcadian I and II do not permit pets or motorcycles on the premises.

Please be aware that parking passes must be obtained at the Arcadian Towers office.

Vacation rental

Overall everything was great… I loved the updated flooring and bathroom vanities. I hope the owners consider continuing updating throughout the unit. We met the owners of unit 1E and they fully remodeled and updated everything besides the kitchen cabinets. It looked gorgeous! They removed the kitchen wall column and wow did that open up the space. Just a thought if you’re looking to keep updating that would be fun to see all that they’ve done. Overall such a great experience and Journey was so awesome to work with. Our view from balcony was breathtaking. Thank you for making our stay feel like home away from home. A couple of things to note: *Hot water ran out fairly quickly. Could only fill the bathtub halfway and then the water got cold. *Lounge chair on deck is broken.

Exactly as advertised and Booe Realty was very responsive to our questions

Unit was very clean and unit was furnished exactly as shown on the internet. Only problem was a leak above the master bedroom vanity area soaking the carpet. The Realty Company did call the maintenance contractor but they didn't seem to know what to do so we had to put up with the wet carpet in that area for our full week there. However everything else was very enjoyable including the view. Would have given 5 stars if not for soaked carpet.

The stay went well. Do wish rental place would put lock on door that locked automatically when you left. Kind if a pain to run keys back to office. But other than that great.
