Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing to stay with us during such a special celebration. We’re truly glad to hear the home worked well for your group and that the kids enjoyed the backyard playset, the hot tub was relaxing, and the house provided a great space for gathering. We do want to kindly clarify for future guests reading this—our property is well-loved by families with children, and we absolutely provide baby items such as a pack n play, high chair, and baby gate upon request prior to arrival. In this case, we weren’t notified of your needs until after 10 PM during your stay, and by then stores were closed. We would have happily brought you anything you needed the very next morning at a reasonable time, had we known earlier. We appreciate that you left the baby gate behind for the next family—that was very thoughtful—and we’ve since checked and replaced any missing hardware to ensure safety for all future guests. We've also added additional blankets to the basement rooms, as Montana summers can vary and we want everyone comfortable. As for the grill burner, thank you for pointing that out! We’ve already scheduled service to get that resolved right away. Our goal is always to exceed expectations, and we’re sorry we missed the mark for you in this area. We’d love the chance to host you again, and if you do return, we’ll make sure to have all your requested items pre-set and ready before check-in so your next visit is seamless
