Beautiful Avida Condo, you'll be in the heart of the Romantic Zone and a short walk from everything it has to offer - wonderful beaches, food, shopping, theater, and nightlife.

As soon as you walk through the door of this unique and stylish home, you will love the décor, automation, floor to ceiling windows which slide fully open to let the outdoors in. This along with all the other many amenities the building has to offer. Game room, reading room, tv room, meeting room, along with rooftop hammocks, firepit, BBQ, hot tub and pool all with beautiful views of the mountain side and ocean. We are exited for you to experience your home away from home in this amazing city.

Our stay went smoothly and the place exceeded our expectations. Everything was pristine clean and uncluttered. It has everything we needed and access to food, entertainment and shopping at a walking distance. The security and amenities in the building were outstanding. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.

PV paradise

Condo was exactly as pictured- clean , well equipped and spacious. Centrally located - within walking distance to beach and a variety of restaurants.Roof top infinity pool was the icing on the cake!!

The condo was fine. BUT, there were no plastic glasses to take your drink to the pool, only 1 cuttingboard and 1 cutting knife, no toaster, ac only to be set on 23 or 24 degrees celcius, no replacement sheets available or locked up, AND a AMAZON CAMERA above the TV. Unbelievable! We unplugged it. When we confronted the lady who checked us out with this, she said he talks through that with HER, he would never listen or look at you, with was for us the confirmation That he could spy on us.

Mark really struggles as a guest with any kind of technology like the VRBO app. Example - in the VRBO welcome guide it actually shows a picture of the 6 plastic cups, lids and straws in the cupboard labeled “to take to the pool”. The cutting board is 20 x 15 inches, how big do you need? All of Mexico uses the metric system. And finally, there is no camera, it is an Alexa echo spot for the guest benefit on information. The Amazon Echo Spot does not video record—because it doesn’t have a camera at all. There is no built-in camera at all. It’s essentially a small smart speaker with a screen, used for things like time, weather, music, and Alexa responses. Mark does like to move your accessories and furniture around as he pleases and doesn’t remove anything back. I really hope Mark did not damage more things, moving furniture and unplugging accessories. :-/

Great building with great amenities. Plan for eye mask if you are a light sleeper as the blinds are not full blackout. It is quiet at night. Close to everything that PV has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This property could not be located in a better spot. We are walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do. The beach, clubs and restaurants are all just steps away. Enjoy the river walk which is just one block away with lots of fun shops, galleries and food establishments as well as many other great activities.

What makes this property unique

Our property is the first LEED certified building in Peurto Vallarta Mexico. Energy efficient in every way as well as non-smoking.
