Featured on HGTV's House Hunters International, this large 1 bedroom condo is in the Zenith building in the heart of the Romantic Zone.

This space is bright, airy and open with a beautiful view to the green mountains of Puerto Vallarta. The full-width glass sliding doors let ample light and breeze into the living room and kitchen area. The main balcony has oversized and very comfortable patio furniture for lounging or spending time with friends.

Flat-screen television and sound bar are located in the living room for your enjoyment. Connect your phone to the sound bar to play your tunes as you sit down for dinner at the indoor dining table.

The kitchen is loaded with every cooking utensil imaginable along with a gas burning stove, oven, microwave and full-size refrigerator. The water is filtered with a heavy-duty UV filter and is potable from the tap.

Washer and dryer units, large built-in closet and armoir are located in the unit as well.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only.

NOTE: You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.

- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel)

The Neighborhood

Location, location, location! The Zenith building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Zenith.

The beach is also a short walk, 3 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.

Weekly maid service is included for rentals over 7 nights.
Filtered water in kitchen and refrigerator has ice maker. Every cooking utensil imaginable is at your disposal.
No cable television offering but smart TV internet apps including Netflix, YouTube and Spotify are available.

There are new condo developments in progress around town and they may contribute noise and/or dust to the neighborhood. At the moment, there are no disturbances at the condo due to construction but be advised that could change. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
