This three-bedroom, two-bath cottage features a large sandy beach and a dock that accommodates boats up to 24 feet. The slightly sloping lot leads to a natural lakeside entry with a few rocks, providing a classic Maine setting. Spend your days on the water with the canoe, rowboat, or swim raft, enjoy meals on the deck or screened porch, and gather around the beach firepit in the evenings to roast marshmallows under the stars.

Frye Island amenities include 12 sandy association beaches, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a golf course, a restaurant, and an ice cream stand. With access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, you can explore over 40 miles of connected waterways — perfect for boating, paddling, and making lasting summer memories.
