New construction 5 bedroom (including two master suites!), 4.5 bath luxury vacation home with indoor and outdoor amenities galore. Basement game room with 85" flatscreen TV, ping pong and shuffleboard. Main floor open-concept living/dining/kitchen, deck for outdoor dining and screened-in porch. Outside, an 80' dock (bring your boat or rent one!), fire pit, bocce court, kayaks, paddle boards, and more!

Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities during your stay!

Please note that during peak season (June - August) there is a minimum 7-night stay and check-in/out occurs on Fridays.

Remote-work friendly with 500 Mbps WiFi speed.

Whole-house generator: no need to worry about power outages.

Use of dock, swimming, canoe, kayaks, paddle boards and any other owner supplied water / non-water toys, etc. are at the sole risk of the renter. All guests must follow Maine laws.

Outstanding Standish vacation

This home is over and above anything you could ask for while vacationing in Maine. We spent two weeks in this lake house. The house is immaculate and fully stocked. The amenities (too many to name) made our stay so enjoyable. To name a few...plenty of outdoor and lake equipment, baby bed, toys and bath, super comfortable spaces to play, hang out and sleep. The lake was as beautiful as you can find...Sebago Lake Basin...with daily kayaking around Lindsay Island. Bald eagle nest with baby eagles. Just a couple of miles to pick up groceries or go for dinner. Our host was great at communicating every last detail to us and left us a goodie bag with some local snacks. I can't wait to return next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 14 people (adults and children) and this house was perfect for a large group. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of water toys, dock, games etc. The house was very new and was supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. I give this a 10 Star + rating and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Perfect family home in perfect location

We have spent the last 10 summers vacationing on Sebago Lake, each time renting a different waterfront home. Without a doubt, your home is the best we’ve ever stayed in. In those 10 years, you are the first homeowner to leave us a welcome gift and it was very much appreciated! Thank you! The obvious of what makes your home so lovely- location, cleanliness, dock, etc. But it was the attention to details as a homeowner that impressed me the most! The kitchen was so well stocked and there wasn’t a single thing we needed. The two refrigerators were so nice to have. The laundry baskets in every room were so appreciated. I was blown away by the full size body wash and shampoo/conditioners in every single bathroom. The ample amount of towels (bath and beach) allowed me to wash less. We rented our own tube and water carpet but I’ve never seen those items offered in a rental. The lifejackets! So many sizes to choose from and they were clean and nice. I brought my own Bogg Bag but I truly couldn’t believe you had one out for renters to use- a very nice touch. All of the games were enjoyed by the kids and our 7 year old enjoyed having a cabinet of toys just for her. The multiple books left on each nightstand was another special touch. Perfect home for a perfect vacation!
