All new furnishings including beds, furniture, TVs, and kitchenware. A gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator, gas stove, wall oven/microwave, wine fridges, breakfast bar, Keurig and French press. Kitchen flows into an open floor plan for gatherings and a large dining room set. Kids will enjoy the lower-level game room with a TV lounge, multi-sport pool/ping pong/air hockey table, and a separate foosball table. Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, splash around in the in-ground pool, relax on the pool deck, large front porch, and rear deck, fire up the new gas grill for perfect family cookouts, and then close out your evenings stargazing gathered around the firepit. All of this, plus seven bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, including a kid-friendly bunk room and two King rooms - including a Master suite with luxurious jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower. Cable internet with desks/printer provided in case you need to keep in touch with work. Enjoy the lake region all year round. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE. POOL AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSE 9.15

Great friends getaway

4 families with young kids all fit very comfortably in this spacious and well equipped house. The game room was great for the kids. The kitchen and living area were very nice. And the hot tub was hot and much appreciated at the end of the day. Thank you!

Great Place to Celebrate the 4th!

We had a great week! It was our first time in Sebago. The house comfortably accommodated our large group of all ages, the cove was perfect for a dip, and the pool was great to keep the kids going at the house. The kitchen also worked well as we found it hard to find a good spot nearby. We loved pontooning and jet skiing in the lake and the fireworks in Naples helped us take in the 4th. Overall, a great property and location!

Wonderful house

So many great things to say about this house. It was perfect for our large family. The open floorplan made room for everyone to spread out. The pool was perfect. The hot tub wasn't working right when we first got there but the realty/manager was very responsive and got it fixed as soon as possible and then that was a lot of fun too. The lake is a short walk to a bay in the lake . We could use the kayaks to go out on the bay and see loons. It was perfectly peaceful. The house was fully stocked, which made it feel welcoming. It was a great house. My only complaint is the week went by too fast.

Family friendly house with great pool

Overall good, loved the pool and fire pit and use of the kayaks. Nice accommodation for the 13 of us. Room for improvement for maintenance of bathrooms, organization of kitchen, comfort of mattresses/beds. Some things not working as well as expected. Air conditioning units had difficulty keeping rooms cool at times and looked like parts were taped together. Basement has room for standard size pool table/ping pong table which would be appreciated.

Amazing family vacation house!!

We had an amazing time at this vacation house! We stayed with multiple family members. There were nine adults and six children and we all had plenty of privacy and space. The private in-ground pool was truly amazing!! There was a roped off shallow end for the little kids and a closed gate around the pool for safety. We spent the majority of our days in the pool!! The lounge chairs were very comfy and the perfect spot to relax with a book. The house was huge and beautiful with tons of bedrooms, bathrooms, and big gathering areas. Every room had an air conditioner and the kitchen was large enough to accommodate our group. The foos ball, ping pong, air hockey and pool table were a big hit with everyone! The front yard was flat and perfect for lawn game. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us!! We created some amazing memories!! We would love to stay at this rental again.

Much to do!

My family and I (total of 11 people) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook. Lots of room for all to spread out and do their own thing. The game room was a huge hit on the days we had rain. When it was sunny, we either relaxed in the pool or took a 5 minute walk to the lake to kayak. The home had everything we needed and more!
