Discover the best of Lake Oconee from this Masters-inspired country cottage, decorated with golf memorabilia and designed for comfort and relaxation. Perfect for families or groups seeking a peaceful escape, this home is conveniently located in the Landing Community at Reynolds, just off the 12th hole and minutes away from lake adventures and the Ritz-Carlton at Lake Oconee. Great for last minute bookings to enjoy the Lake or the Ritz!

The space
Overview and First Floor Layout:
Our cottage is located on the 12th fairway of the Landing Golf course at Reynolds. We offer a cozy 3 bedroom 2.5 bath layout with all bedrooms upstairs and a spacious living room that opens up with the kitchen, with a seating area just off to the side. A half bathroom and a laundry room are located just off to the side of the kitchen to accommodate any cleaning and extra small storage space. We have a screened-in back porch with comfy seating locations to enjoy the lovely scenery, including a SMART TV for your use. On the front porch we have 2 chairs, a swing and a BBQ grill for you to enjoy and use.


Upstairs & Bedroom Overview:
We have one Master Bedroom and two Guest rooms on the second floor. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of closet space and bathroom with two sinks and a shower. We have a Guest Room with Bunk Beds that have Queen Size Beds. The remaining Guest Room has a queen size bed as well. Guest Rooms will share a full bathroom just off to the side with a shower/tub. Our upstairs can accommodate up to 8 individuals and all rooms come with SMART enabled TVs!

Additional Highlights:
The Landing Community at Reynolds is a gated community and minutes aways from many retail shops and restaurants. It's the perfect getaway if attending weddings or other events at the Ritz as well as visiting family or friends that live close by. Enjoy easy access to The Landing golf, driving range, pool, tennis, pickleball, baseball, trails, and community lake docks (please note: applicable for members of Reynolds Club or friends of members).

Parking:
Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood for all guests.

Very cozy cottage

We stayed here to attend a wedding in Greensboro. This was perfect. It was very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and nice. We would definitely recommend this cozy cottage.

Masters Cottage is the best

When you rent a place you hope the photos come close to real life in accuracy. This cottage was even better in person, great space for 6 of us and our rescue. Super clean, incredible screened in back patio and just a top flight rental!

Great Cottage

My wife, 3 year old, and 5 year old rented this property as a last summer trip before school starts. Communication was great. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook throughout the week and the neighborhood was great for family walks.

We reside in Atlanta, GA but love our country cottage. We love the opportunity for others to experience Lake Oconee and all the wonderful activities that it offers.

Why they chose this property

The house is located in the Landing at Reynolds and sits with other cottages that are designed and built to feel like a small community. It is very walkable for families and is within a 5 min walk to playground and the Landing Pool.

What makes this property unique

We have a quaint cottage that backs up to the 12th hole and has a great wooded view of the course as well as the rest of the neighborhood. We have a nice swing on the front porch to view the neighborhood as well as a screened in back porch with TV to enjoy the lovely scenery.
