Location was nice. Place was missing personal touch. Condo is old, and dusty. Dust on vents made me wonder about air from HVAC. Smaller shower had mildew on curtain. Sofa was old, not very comfortable with scratchy cloth and musty odor. No throw blankets available. Getting keys back to property manager added 25 minutes to our already 8 hour trip home. I was super happy about being able to walk across the street to get to the beach each day.

I wish I could load pictures on here. Could not use kitchen table because it was literally one bump from falling apart. Legs were detached, seat came off chairs. Towel rack in one bathroom was broken. The cabinet in same bathroom was coming apart. Safety handle in bathtub in same bathroom coming out. Shower curtain in other bathroom was rusted and was missing all the hooks except 4 or 5 rusted hooks. But here is the real kicker, we got locked inside the condo twice to the point where we were prepared to call 911 to get out. They eventually sent out a repair guy to fix the deadbolt. The bolt would travel but only half way never unlocking. And at one point the main lock would not lock at all leaving the condo open for whoever wanted to help themselves. I’ll not admit how much per night I paid for this dump but if the management company were any kind of respectable property management company they’d be offering me a refund or at least a partial refund.
