Second time staying at this unit. We loved the mattress and would love to know what it is to get one!!! Great beach view and clean. Had trouble with the door at times (but figured out a work around) was the only issue with the unit. Was one security guy who was a little excessive but other than that all others were very Pleasant!!

Nice view from balcony. Was clean and quiet except for the one bathroom that ran all the time and made continuous loud noises. Reported it not sure if they came and checked it but never quit the noise. The stove only had 2 burners that worked right. The elevators were extremely extremely slow and so hot we thought people would pass out.

I apologize for the continuously running bathroom noise and the stove burners—those are not acceptable; maintenance has been alerted to repair the bathroom fixture and will inspect/repair the stove. I’ve also reported the slow, hot elevators to building management so they can investigate the temperature and service issues. Thank you for letting us know—we appreciate the feedback.

Overall we had a good stay, we did like the location, it didn’t seem as busy as other properties we have stayed at. The elevators were questionable. It seemed that one was down just about everyday. Security at the parking gate when my kids arrived, was a joke. They were arriving much later than us so I spoke with the lady in the lobby and told her they would be arriving around 11 pm. I paid for their parking pass and wristbands. She took down the color, make and model of the car and their names. We were told they wouldn’t have any issues getting in, but they did and they held them at the gate until I walked down there with the pass. There were several cars stuck behind them waiting as well. When I complained to the head security, she managed to switch it up on me and tell me that she had a horrible night because she got pulled over on her way into work.The fan in the master bathroom is obnoxiously loud. We had a hard time getting the Roku in the living room to connect. Once we figured it out, we ended up just leaving the tv on because it was the same problem each time we turned it on. We also had an issue with the lock on the front door. It took us a few attempts to get it to lock each time. However, we were able to overlook the small problems and still enjoyed our trip.

Beautiful place

Had a great time staying at the Summit. Spectacular views from our condo room 1426. Got to see dolphin swimming in the morning and evening, also got to see quite a few stingrays and jellyfish. There was a ton of shells and people was catching lots of blue crab every day. The beach was clean the staff was awesome.

This was, without a doubt, the best VRBO stay I have ever experienced. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this property absolutely deserves one. First, the cleanliness was impeccable. I checked, and there wasn't a speck of dust even under the furniture. The decor was adorable. Beyond the house, the host’s communication was top-tier. When I mentioned the water wasn’t getting very hot—noting it wasn't an emergency—they had a technician there to fix it within the hour.To top it all off, they went above and beyond after we checked out. My daughter accidentally left her entire tote of shoes behind; the host them and shipped them back to us. Between the perfect location and the pristine beach, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time on our trip this year, the room was very nice and cozy feeling as well as spacious for our family. Our kids had a wonderful trip as well, the only issue we had was the lock on our door needed repairing and we got locked out of our room for awhile the first night. But the maintenance and Vrbo rentals were swift to help us get it taken care of after hours and had us back in our room within the hour with no other trouble the rest of the trip. We would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future!

Property expects you to wear an arm band that doesn't come off once you put it on. This is unacceptable not wearing an arm band for 8 days. Next, you go on Vacation to relax and rest but we had a remodel going on above us, so you woke up to air compressor and demoing above your head. this should have been told to me before I booked the condo. I would have never stayed if I knew this, I told the property management group, and they acted like it was no big deal. Condo ok but property management group F-
