This completely renovated farmhouse has all the fixings for a quiet getaway or the perfect spot to stay while visiting three close state parks, state forest, multiple lakes, athletic and performance events at Indiana University, traveling as a nurse (only 7 minutes from hospital) or other work conferences.

Great room combo with the kitchen and dining area has a vaulted ceiling, lots of windows and a spacious feel. Plenty of provided dishes for cooking your own meals, television, games, puzzles and books round out the opportunities to enjoy these spaces.

Both bedrooms and living space offer sleeping for 8 with all linens provided. Luggage racks, closet with hangers, and dresser provide great space for your belongings.

Full bath and laundry rooms connect to provide bath or shower options as well as washer & dryer. Cosmetics, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies provided.

Back porch is glass & screen door enclosed to give view of 15 acres of beautiful farmland and woodlands. Great for reading, resting, dining and more.

Driveway has room for two vehicles. Potential parking in a garage on a case by case basis.

Great property

Everything was very nice. A very cute house with all you need for a weekend stay. The location is very rural, which we liked. It was quiet and the cows came out to say good morning. The hosts are were great and just across the street if you need anything. Only suggestion - since there’s only one bathroom you should have mirrors in the bedrooms so the ladies can get ready

Family weekend.

We had a wonderful time staying. Very responsive and gracious host. We will definitely be back. Glad to visit Bloomington and Nashville.

Weekend Basketball Game

As described, with attentive owner/managers. Easy check-in, check out & good location for events in Bloomington. Rural area, but a fun 15-min drive into Bloomington. Clean & modern interior with excellent counter space in kitchen for meals. Split floor plan with two bedrooms on either side of the large open kitchen/dining/living room. Nice enclosed porch was a fun place to sit & chat. Good shower & hot water. We chose the property for our group of four & would certainly stay here again instead of a typical hotel room.

We love having guests our to our two properties to stay to share this beautiful space, get to know guests (if they wish) to hear their stories and to provide a place for rest & peace while traveling for business or pleasure.
