Nice short stay!
We stayed at Royce's home for only one night. Royce is very responsive and the home was excellent for our brief trip to Seattle. The house was very spacious, more so than appeared from the photos. The beds were perfectly comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Overall, very good value for money! Thank you, Royce!

The rental was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and laid out exactly like the photos. We loved the fact that it had a full kitchen and washer & dryer. The host communicated well, and it was very easy to check in and out. This wasn’t a big problem for us, but the dishwasher door didn’t open all the way - we couldn’t pull out the bottom rack. We mentioned this to the host, and hopefully it’s an easy fix. The only other issue with the unit itself is that the top floor windows didn’t have screens. We wanted to air out that floor, but we have small children so we couldn’t really leave the windows open. I rated this rental 4/5 because the section of the main road (Aurora) one block away from the house is very sketchy. We didn’t plan to do anything in the neighborhood, so it wasn’t a big deal, but we probably wouldn’t have stayed here if we’d known that ahead of time.

It was what we were expecting
Easy check in process, asked owner if we could park our car in the driveway before our check in time as we were going to a mariners game, and he was cool with it. Everything was what we needed and more.

The house was very nice. Although the area just a few blocks down isn’t the best, the house felt safe and the actual neighborhood surrounding it was nice.
