This apartment is located in a mixed-use (office and residential spaces) building with low traffic. There is one long term residential tenant on the 2nd floor, a traveling nurse rental on the third floor, and office spaces on the 2nd floor.
The property has a beautiful lawn and outdoor seating for smokers or for just unwinding, relaxing, and enjoying the day.

Pets are considered with an additional pet deposit, which we will discuss before you acquire use of the property.
