During your stay, you will enjoy the powder white quartz sand on the #1 beach in the USA. Go for long beach walks, build sand castles, take a swim in the warm gulf waters or resort pool and relax in the hot tub. Calini is centrally located, just steps from the beach, and within walking distance to the South Village, a grocery store, convenience store and several shops and restaurants. This 1300 sq. ft. 2 bed/2 bath condo was recently updated bathroom and kitchen and open concept living area. Enjoy the morning sun with your coffee on the private veranda. A short 5 minute walk with private beach access with complementary lounge chairs and umbrella located on the beach. Included in the fully stocked kitchen are items to cook on the community barbecue located in the community area. Coin laundry facilities on the property and one free covered or uncovered parking space is available if you have a car. Check out a bicycle to cruise around the island or hop on an open air trolley that runs every 20 minutes to the North Village.
