Stayed for the weekend for our daughter’s elopement. Beautiful home equipped with everything you need and more, Deb and Lisa were fantastic hosts. Excellent communication, super flexible and so kind. Would definitely stay again.

My family had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our group of 11. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the games. Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds.

Perfect place for teens!

We stayed here wtih 4 of our grandkids ages 18, 14, 13, and 11. They had an absolute blast! The lower level "bedroom" was their hangout - when they weren't in the gameroom or pool, that is! Enough space for everyone to have some privacy and great family areas. We loved it!

Perfect location

This place had plenty of space for my family of 10. There was enough dishes, extra pillows/blankets and towels to accommodate everyone. The location was perfect and quiet. Everywhere we went was within 10-20 minutes away. The hosts were fast to respond to any questions that i had. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evening.

State Basketball Tournament

We were visiting Wichita for the state basketball tournament. This place was perfect for our group with great amenities, cute decor, and a variety of spaces to work, play. chat, etc. Highly recommend!

More than enough spacious home to accommodate 10 high school boys!

Home was honestly much more than we expected! Brought a High School basketball team to Wichita for a tournament, and the guys were thoroughly entertained during the time we were at the house. From competitive ping pong games to Pac•Man, to grilling and swimming by the pool to the hot tub! Plenty of room, everyone had their own space and areas to get away if need be! Will definitely stay again if we’re back next summer!

Throughout your visit, the agreed-upon occupancy limits were exceeded, which required repeated communication from us. These limits are clearly stated in our listing and house rules and are in place for safety, insurance, and local compliance. Our outreach was necessary to address these violations and ensure the property remained within required guidelines. We did not receive any specific concerns from you during your stay that would explain the low rating or that we could have worked to resolve at the time.
