Great stay in a great neighborhood

Randy's spot was clean and cozy with everything we needed. The location was central to so many things. We were able to walk almost everywhere including a few restaurants recommended by Randy. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic!

This is truly a unique, quiet oasis in the heart of a beautiful city. My husband and I loved our week at Randy’s Cozy Pad and exploring on foot the vibrant neighborhoods near the Italian Market, South Street and Independence Hall. The house is charming, comfortable, and beautifully updated. Randy provides all the necessities and more, such as coffee and tea for the whole week and lovely soaps, shampoos and lotions. Check in was a snap. Be sure to enjoy the private roof patio off the top floor bedroom. Randy’s Cozy Pad is five-star!
