It's a place to spend your days riding the coasters at Dollywood, barbecuing on the back deck, and cozying up with loved ones for movie nights in the living room.

This two-story home enjoys a serene woodland setting, yet it's only about a mile from the Parkway and its many restaurants, shops, and attractions. You'll be in a prime location for exploring Pigeon Forge, with The Island (two miles), Country Tonite Theatre (two miles), the Titanic Museum (three miles), Dolly Parton's Stampede (four miles), and Dollywood (six miles) nearby. Both downtown Gatlinburg (11 miles) and Great Smoky Mountains National Park (11 miles) are a short drive down the road as well.

Come home from a fun-filled day to unwind on the back deck, where you can sit back with a cold drink on the porch swing, flip burgers on the gas grill, or simply admire the view of the surrounding forest.

Step inside to find all sorts of familiar comforts, from the well-equipped kitchen and dining area to the TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Leave the day's clothes to spin in the washer/dryer, retreat to the jetted bathtub for a soothing evening soak, and sleep soundly in the comfort of central air conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
