The house and private backyard are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The single-level home ensures safety and convenience for guests of all ages – perfect for families, friends, and couples.

Available in the driveway and along the street.

SECURITY
Rest easy with our Ring Flood Light and Doorbell cameras facing the driveway and entrance, ensuring your safety and security. Please note, there are no cameras inside the property so that you can relax and unwind with complete privacy.

**By booking, you acknowledge and accept all security device recordings. Please refrain from attempting to turn off, disable, move, re-direct, or cover the exterior cameras, as any such action is prohibited and may lead to the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Your understanding and cooperation ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

HOUSE RULES
Before you book, please take a moment to review the house rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:
★ Must be 25+ to book. The guest who books the reservation must be present for the duration of the reservation.
★ No third-party bookings.
★ No unapproved guests are allowed on the property – 6 people MAX. If the number of guests exceeds 6 (including infants and children) at any point during the reservation, you will be charged an extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night.
★ No pets, indoor smoking, fireplace use, events, gatherings, or parties. Any evidence of any of the above will incur a $500 fee, plus costs for damages, cleaning, and lost revenue.

★ Pool (UNHEATED)
While our pool does not have a gate or a lock, your safety is our top priority. Please no food or glass by the pool, to prevent any injuries, grossness, and unwanted animal friends. We installed a door chime on the patio door, which will notify you whenever someone is entering or exiting the patio area. The pool is serviced weekly and the service technician may enter the backyard through the gate entrance. Rest assured, we will give you a heads up and he will announce himself and respect your privacy during their brief visit. We do our very best to keep dirt, leaves, and other debris out of the pool, but since we have trees and it can get windy, leaves or other tree debris falling into the pool are inevitable. Please help us take care of the pool by cleaning your feet and body before entering.

★ Pest-free Home
We work hard to keep our home pest-free by utilizing regular pest control services. While bugs are rare, keeping windows and doors closed helps to keep unwanted visitors out. If any issues come up, please let us know, but no refunds will be provided for bug sightings.

★ Furniture
Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange them.

Failure to abide by house rules will result in applicable fines at the owner's discretion. You are required to pay for all damages that occur during your stay.
