Both of the homes on the property boast comfortable furnishings, smart TVs, and well-equipped kitchens. One of the two homes has a wood stove, ideal for those chillier nights, as well as a private washer/dryer - keeping all of your vacation garb refreshed and ready to go. Unlike some Oregon rentals, this property also has partial air-conditioning, keeping you comfortable during the summer months.

The gas grill and sunny patio lend themself to afternoon cookouts with your loved ones. When you'd prefer to get out and explore all that Coos Bay has to offer, be sure to visit Mingus Park, Coos History Museum, Coos Bay Boardwalk, Egyptian Theatre, and Cape Arago State Park. The city also boasts a great range of eateries, antique stores, and local boutiques.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
