I don’t think we could have picked a better location. Access to the towns and state parks was very convenient. Having the lighthouse view from the house and tidal pools at the beach behind the house made it even more special. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor seating was enjoyed by all. We will definitely book the house again if we return to the Oregon coast.

I'm glad your enjoyed the amazing views from the house, deck and yard. The stairway to the beach is only one house away. Lighthouse Beach is indeed unique; book-ended with 60' tall cliffs on both ends, it is as close to a private beach as possible in Oregon.

The home and decor are stunning, being ocean front was amazing. The backyard had plenty of chairs to view the ocean and there was a beautiful garden area with an enclosed glass pergola. We rented the 2nd and 3rd floor. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Definitely would rent again.

I'm glad you enjoyed the decor, the house and the views of the lighthouse on Chiefs' Island. We always provide plenty of chairs for guests to sit around the fire pit and watch the ocean and sunsets. The glassed-in gazebo and gas fire pit allows guests to enjoy the outdoors even when it isn't sunny and warm.

This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. Everything from booking the rental to arriving to departing the house was clear and easy. The owner provides more than enough information about the house, the amenities, and the activities in the area. Perfectly situated atop an oceanfront cliff at the north end of Cape Arago, the views are stunning and changing all throughout the day. We enjoyed hiking the trails just down the road at Shore Acres and Cape Arago State Park. We also spent our weeklong stay day tripping throughout the southern Oregon coast to hike and enjoy all the local seafood. So many beautiful sights to see within easy driving distance of this vacation home. The house was so comfortable - everything from the sofas to the beds invite you to settle in, put your feet up and relax. We had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, and entertainment. We didn’t use the outdoor fire pit, but the entire outdoor area was set up for gathering and having fun. We will definitely rent here again if we visit the area in the future.

Mike was excellent with communication and provided very useful information of the area. The house is lovely and spacious, very well kept. The only issue we had was the ice machine in the freezer wasn't working, but I am sure if I would have communicated that to Mike, it would have been fixed. The views are breathtaking and it was spectacular to sit and watch the ocean from inside the home and sitting outside by the firepit.Thank you for a wonderful stay in your home.

For some reason, guests occasionally turn off the icemaker. Arriving guests then have to hold the button for three seconds to re-start the icemaker.

This place was BEAUTIFUL. From cute modern decor to the open layout, and appliances, this place is MEANT to be a gathering place. Heated floors were an unexpected wonderful surprise too!

We loved staying here. My kids and husband loved the shower and heated floors in the master bath. We also loved the views and the space it gave us to connect and appreciate the time together.
