About this property

Beach Level House down on the Bandon jetty! Sorry, no pets.

Grandma's house is located down on the jetty (beach level) so beach access is easy for young children and elderly alike. Grandma will lend you her house, beautifully furnished and equipped for special getaways or small family (max. 10) gatherings. Kitchen is well stocked with all the basics, coffee/coffee maker (no Keurig), tea and sugar.

Front door entrance is located downstairs. There is a 15 steps to second main floor with a hand rail on both sides of stairway.

The upstairs kitchen, dining, living entertainment area has a beautiful partial ocean view, smart TV and streaming available. WiFi included. This room is where everyone hangs out together! Walk out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze!

Grandma's house has 5 bedrooms total. There are two bedrooms upstairs; one king bed, one queen bed. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one king bed and one queen bed. Downstairs there is a kid’s bunk room. One bunkbed, two single beds.

No parties, only people that are booked as guests.

SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED.

Grandma's house has two bathrooms: The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo with grab bars, washer and dryer. The downstairs bathroom has a small walk-in shower. The downstairs bathroom does not have a bath tub.

Downstairs, two bedrooms have private doors. Bunk room is not private. Garage has been made into a hang area... couches and has a stream only T.V. Open the garage and sit in big chairs and watch the ducks walk by! The barbeque is located in the garage. PLEASE TAKE BARBEQUE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE WHILE USING.

GRANDMA’S HOUSE HAS OUTDOOR PARKING FOR FOUR VEHICLES ONLY. If you bring a trailer or boat that is considered as one parking spot. Thank you for respecting the 4 vehicle parking situation. Please do not park in front of our neighbors properties.

Golfers: Grandma's house is a 10 min. drive to the famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course. Our favorite golf course, Bandon Crossings Golf Course is just 10 min. drive south of town. Carts are available at Bandon Crossings.

Lots of fun things to do: Enjoy a short walk to the beach, witness breath taking views of the ocean, amazing rock formations, shopping, great restaurants, fishing/ crabbing, golfing on world famous courses, horseback riding on the beach, agate hunting on the beach, the historical Coquille light house, all for your special time in Bandon!

It’s a short 1-2 minute drive from grandma’s house drive to Bandon's Old Town , great restaurants, fresh crab and fish, shopping, artist galleries, candy shop, fishing dock... Bandon is a perfect place to relax, hang with family and friends, take pictures, beach walk , sight-see , eat great food! There is a weekly weekend Farmer’s market and yearly festivals like the Cranberry Festival and Gorse Blossom Festival!

Gather all garbage from all rooms and put bagged garbage in outside green garbage can. If can is full, leave bagged garbage inside the garage. Don't leave bagged garbage outside. Seagulls will rip up
Leave used beds messy (stripping is optional) so housekeepers will know to change out linens.

Great Getaway vacation rental

We have had the most perfect week on the Oregon coast with this perfect house for our family reunion. We had everything we needed and more. The house was clean, perfect for gathering our family and close to the beach, just as advertised! Check in was easy, great communication with the owner and somehow they even provided perfect weather!! Thank you for helping us make such great memories!!

Grandmas House June 2025

Overall we had a good stay at Grandma's House. This was the second time we have stayed at this home. Plenty of beds for us to meet up with family and spend time together. Close proximity to beach access. Check in was easy. House was dirty when we arrived. My wife had to sweep up the floors when we first got there. DVD player which is the only way to watch tv in the

This place is well equipped! The location is amazing too. It has a good view, it's close to old town, the beach, and the jetty!Iis hard to find a place with 4 adult sized beds in separate rooms, this well kept house has that and an additional bunk room for your littles.This house has ample parking and is well kept. Nice Getaway

Grandma’s House was a lovely stay! There five of us- four adults and one child. The upstairs living room was comfy for a night in of games or movies, while still enjoying the sound of the ocean. There were plenty of kitchen tools to use for cooking. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great location and perfect size

A great spot for a lady's getaway with five of us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed plus extras which helps if you plan to cook. It is a great location with a short walk to the beach. It is also very close to the park and downtown. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Great Property, Perfect for a Golf Trip

Five adults playing golf at Bandon, this property was conveniently located 10 minutes from Bandon Dunes Resort, steps from the Oregon Coast, and 3 minutes from downtown Bandon. Everything was as advertised - clean, comfortable, and convenient. Will stay here again.

Bliss by the beach

Location! Just a short walk to the Jetty. Gorgeous ocean view. Weird bedroom layout on the bottom floor. You have to walk through the bunk room to get to two bedrooms and a bathroom, but we made it work. Absolutely would stay here again!

Great get-away house

We really loved this house. Lots of room and plenty of seating for a big gathering. We had fun walking to the beach and shopping in Bandon, which is within walking distance. There were books, games, and Roku TV. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and utinsils.

Family reunion

We had an awesome stay. The house was clean and well stocked even had things we didn’t remember. The lay out was great with the kids rooms down stairs with easy access to play outside and in the playroom/ garage and come in to clean up without messing up the whole house. The kitchen and family room had a great layout for the whole family to catch up and play games together. We will definitely be coming back again.

Pretty rough for thousands of dollars

Check in/booking process was very easy. Arriving to the property and gettin in was also easy. The outside had serious overgrowth and needed a mow/weed whack BAD. Appliances were outdated/need replacement. The main stove didn’t work unless it was on high on any burner so it was red hot then off, hot then off, and that’s how we cooked for a week. I told the host it wasn’t quite functional and “it’s only 3 years old! We’ll check it out when you leave” is what I got. Then we get to washer/dryers. The downstairs washer didn’t work during our stay at all. The grill was in such bad shape it almost caught fire, hadn’t been cleaned/serviced in a LONG time. It was burned up/the gas covers were disintegrated. And the big ticket item of concern. In my bedroom I found a bra from a previous renter. UNDER THE BED! Are you kidding me? It was a series of small things that added up to make the stay price not worth it. The dvd in the kids room didn’t work, the kitchen was practically bare, and i wasn’t impressed with the lack of care for upkeep. But the beds were comfy, lots of space, and it’s a great location. If the hosts put even a little bit of the a they charge per week, 52 weeks a year to replace the constantly used appliances and kept the landscaping somewhat in order it would’ve been a lot better. Overall I wasn’t impressed, and won’t be coming back to this home.

The location was great for walking access to the beach and easy drive to stores and restaurants and etc. The layout worked well for our varied family and everyone commented positively about maybe doing this again in the future. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was a well-stocked as described so we were able to make a variety of meals at the house. Even the weather for early October was phenomenal so we enjoyed a lot of time on the beach. THANK YOU!

It was wonderful to have an ocean view! Could see waves crashing on the rock formations and the sunset on the shimmering ocean was stunning! Appreciated the short walk to the beach. The layout of the open kitchen/dining room and living room was perfect for our large group.

We love Bandon and we know you will too! Things we enjoy: Mostly relax or walk to the beach (closest access is 100 steps away), taking pictures of breathtaking rock formations in the ocean and hunting for agate rocks just steps from the house! We love to golf at world renowned local golf courses (Bandon Dune, Bandon Crossings) 5-10 minutes drive from house. Debbie loves to shop the downtown at all the unique shops. Great local restaurants!

Grandma's Bandon Beach House has so much to offer! Its cozy, yet big enough for up to10 people to spend the night.
Close (one block) to the beach. Grandma's house is located down on the jetty, the same level as the ocean. That means no climbing down or up steep hills to access the beach! A perfect place to come and relax, watch the ocean, beautiful ocean rock formations, go for beach walks, fishing (charter fishing available too!), crabbing, golf ( Bandon Dunes-5.2 miles away and Bandon Crossings-5.5 mi. from house), great restaurants and shopping (0.5- 1 mile from house)! Fishing and crabbing, fire pit on the beach( during certain times of year) a Farmer's Market, Cranberry Festival, the Gorse Blossom Festival, Face Rock State Scenic View (1 mile away) , Circles in the Sand (google) and lots more fun things to do throughout the year!

Grandma's home is cozy, room for family and friends to hang out together in one place...up to 10 guests spending the night. Infants under 1 yrs old are free!
Sorry, no pets.
There are 4 outdoor parking spots. No indoor garage parking. There is an area big enough for one trailer or one boat. That spot would be considered one parking spot. No parking allowed in front of other neighbor's houses.
No big parties allowed (10 people maximum). We want our guests to have a wonderful time and respect Bandon's new 2023 ordinance. Thank you!
