Grandma's Bandon Beach House #695777

Grandma's house is located down on the jetty (beach level) so beach access is easy for young children and elderly alike. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics, coffee/coffee maker (no Keurig), tea, sugar, salt and pepper.

Front door entrance is located downstairs. There is a 15 steps to second main floor with a hand rail on both sides of stairway.

The upstairs kitchen, dining, living entertainment area has a beautiful partial ocean view, smart TV with streaming available. WiFi is included. Walk out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze!

No parties, only people that are booked as guests.

Downstairs, two bedrooms have private doors. Bunk room is not private. Garage has been made into a hang area... couches and has a stream only T.V. Open the garage and sit in big chairs and watch the ducks walk by! The barbeque is located in the garage. PLEASE TAKE BARBEQUE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE WHEN USING.

GRANDMA’S HOUSE HAS OUTDOOR PARKING FOR FOUR VEHICLES ONLY. If you bring a trailer or boat that is considered as one parking spot. Thank you for respecting the 4 vehicle parking situation. Please do not park in front of our neighbors properties.

Golfers: Grandma's house is a 10 min. drive to the famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course. Our favorite golf course, Bandon Crossings Golf Course is just 10 min. drive south of town.

Lots of fun things to do: Enjoy a short walk to the beach, witness breath taking views of the ocean, amazing rock formations, shopping, great restaurants, fishing/ crabbing, golfing on world famous courses, horseback riding on the beach, agate hunting on the beach, the historical Coquille light house, all for your special time in Bandon!

It’s a short 1-2 minute drive from grandma’s house drive to Bandon's Old Town , great restaurants, fresh crab and fish, shopping, artist galleries, candy shop, fishing dock... Bandon is a perfect place to relax, hang with family and friends, take pictures, beach walk , sight-see , eat great food! There is a weekly weekend Farmer’s market and yearly festivals like the Cranberry Festival and Gorse Blossom Festivals!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all garbage from all rooms and put bagged garbage in outside green garbage can. If can is full, leave bagged garbage inside the garage. Don't leave bagged garbage outside. Seagulls will rip up
Leave used beds messy (stripping is optional) so housekeepers will know to change out linens.
Please put everything back in its original place. * We hope you had an amazing time at grandma's house!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No big parties allowed!! Only guests that are booked. 10 guests maximum. Maximum 4 cars parking allowed. Boat or trailer is considered a vehicle.
No pets are allowed starting September 2024. We are sad and sorry; too many guests disrespecting the house regarding their pets.

It was wonderful to have an ocean view! Could see waves crashing on the rock formations and the sunset on the shimmering ocean was stunning! Appreciated the short walk to the beach. The layout of the open kitchen/dining room and living room was perfect for our large group.

The location was great for walking access to the beach and easy drive to stores and restaurants and etc. The layout worked well for our varied family and everyone commented positively about maybe doing this again in the future. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was a well-stocked as described so we were able to make a variety of meals at the house. Even the weather for early October was phenomenal so we enjoyed a lot of time on the beach. THANK YOU!

Grandmas House June 2025

Overall we had a good stay at Grandma's House. This was the second time we have stayed at this home. Plenty of beds for us to meet up with family and spend time together. Close proximity to beach access. Check in was easy. House was dirty when we arrived. My wife had to sweep up the floors when we first got there. DVD player which is the only way to watch tv in the

We love Bandon and we know you will too! Things we enjoy: Mostly relax or walk to the beach (closest access is 100 steps away), taking pictures of breathtaking rock formations in the ocean and hunting for agate rocks just steps from the house! We love to golf at world renowned local golf courses (Bandon Dune, Bandon Crossings) 5-10 minutes drive from house. Debbie loves to shop the downtown at all the unique shops. Great local restaurants!

Grandma's Bandon Beach House has so much to offer! Its cozy, yet big enough for up to10 people to spend the night.
Close (one block) to the beach. Grandma's house is located down on the jetty, the same level as the ocean. That means no climbing down or up steep hills to access the beach! A perfect place to come and relax, watch the ocean, beautiful ocean rock formations, go for beach walks, fishing (charter fishing available too!), crabbing, golf ( Bandon Dunes-5.2 miles away and Bandon Crossings-5.5 mi. from house), great restaurants and shopping (0.5- 1 mile from house)! Fishing and crabbing, fire pit on the beach( during certain times of year) a Farmer's Market, Cranberry Festival, the Gorse Blossom Festival, Face Rock State Scenic View (1 mile away) , Circles in the Sand (google) and lots more fun things to do throughout the year!

Grandma's home is cozy, room for family and friends to hang out together in one place...up to 10 guests spending the night. Infants under 1 yrs old are free!
Sorry, no pets.
There are 4 outdoor parking spots. No indoor garage parking. There is an area big enough for one trailer or one boat. That spot would be considered one parking spot. No parking allowed in front of other neighbor's houses.
No big parties allowed (10 people maximum). We want our guests to have a wonderful time and respect Bandon's new 2023 ordinance. Thank you!
