Beautiful villa completely renovated in 2019 with heated outdoor pool, located on a plot of 700m2, Villa de l 'Océan enjoys a privileged location in the village of Cap Ferret, a few minutes walk from the pond and Horizon beach. The centre of Cap Ferret and its market are also a few minutes away on foot or by bike. The villa is the ideal holiday home for all lovers of the Atlantic waves but also the beauty of the pool.
