Welcome to Lakeview Haven in Lake Chelan, a warm and stylish family retreat nestled just minutes from the heart of downtown. Enjoy endless hours of entertainment with our year-round private, indoor pool overlooking serene mountain and lake views! Explore everything Chelan has to offer with walking distance to wineries, and less than five miles of parks, restaurants and shops. Perfect retreat to unwind and indulge in an alfresco experience with the view of Lake Chelan as your backdrop.
-Guest must be at least 25 to book this home
-This home is in a residential area and being respectful of our neighbors is very important.
-Quiet hours are strictly inforced
-We are a strict NO PARTY HOME
-Up to 4 cars may park in the driveway (room for one trailer)
-Children under 12 must be supervised at all times if using the pool. Guests are responsible for their own pool safety.
-You will need log in to your own accounts for tv streaming (Netflix, Hulu etc).
- On Wednesdays please do not block the garbage bin as garbage truck will need a clear path. Cameras will be checked in case we need to give you a friendly reminder .
-We provide starter supplies for most essentials, but please keep in mind these items are not replenished throughout your stay
- No access to mail or deliveries. Please do not have mail or packages delivered to this home.

Guests will have access to the entire home minus two locked housekeeping closets. The garage is also not accessible to guests at this time.

Great third stay

This was our third time staying here and it was great! We loved the pool, hot tub, fireplace, kitchen and Christmas decorations. And the proximity to hiking and skiing were perfect for our family.

Great house

We went to Chelan to celebrate various graduations. The house worked out out perfect for our group. The kitchen had what I needed to prepare food for the group. The location worked out perfect for our activities. We parked three cars with no problem in the driveway. I really have nothing bad to say.

Great second stay

This was our second time staying at the house and we loved it again! We stayed for 7 days for spring break and had so much fun swimming in the pool and hiking around Chelan. The house is quiet and peaceful. We love the views, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen for cooking meals, and the cute quail that visit the yard in the morning. ;) We'll be back!

Super fun family time

The property was a very lovely, we’ll appointed home, beautiful kitchen and super comfy beds our family of five adults and one 8 yo was very comfortable and happy! The loft area is awesome. The upstairs was a little warm but we made makeshift curtains for those windows and that helped. Our hosts and contacts were very attentive helpful and gracious, and the neighbor pup was very friendly!

Great property, great location, but a lot of rules. Read the fine print before booking. No guests that aren’t registered and no shoes inside. Daughter and wife kept their shoes off and their feet were filthy. Wiped up water on the bathroom floor with a towel and the same. People take their shoes off and think it is safe to put them on the couch. Nope.

The Haven was Heaven

We had an amazing trip. Came to celebrate our 15 year olds birthday and this house has been set up for fun. The boys have the bonus room over the garage that’s all set for video game glory. We loved our stay, the only down side was the smoke form the nearby forest fire. Other than that, our boy had an amazing birthday and we had an amazing time. Thank you!!!!
