A gated on-site parking space is available for $400 behind a rolling gate near the home’s entrance. Guests will receive a clicker for gate access. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Please note that this property requires a $10,000 cash security deposit for all stays. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed and returned within 14 days of departure.
